CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of January.
• Don W. Hanson, Jr., 33, Presque Isle: probation violation, 10 months in prison, probation partially revoked, probation continued; and failing to stop for an officer, $500 fine.
• Taylor R. Hodsdon, 22, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), $10 fine, 364 days in prison, all suspended, one-year probation and $80 restitution (first); and 364 days in prison, all but 30 days suspended, one-year probation and $445.90 restitution (second).
• Christopher J. Johndro, 38, Limestone: burglary (five counts), theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors (five counts), dismissed (each).
• January E. Jones, 25, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 60 days in jail; criminal trespass, five days in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
• Brenda Klezos, 27, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), two years in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation and $2,063.04 restitution (each).
• Landon L. Larsen, 33, Presque Isle: domestic violence criminal threatening, assault (three counts) and domestic violence terrorizing, one year in prison (each); violating condition of release (four counts), six months in prison (each); obstructing report of crime (two counts), six months in prison (each); criminal mischief, six months in prison; OUI, priors, $2,100 fine, three years in prison and six years’ license suspension; operating after habitual offender revocation, priors (two counts), $1,000 fine and three years in prison (first), dismissed (second); and assault, five years in prison, all but one year suspended and two years’ probation.
• Timothy Layton, 31, Presque Isle: probation violation, one year in prison and probation revoked.
• Brian M. Monson, 40, Augusta: probation violation, one year in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Ronald Keith Parady, Jr., 33, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
• Bryan K. Peloquin, 47, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Cecelia Pendexter, 53, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, filed on $300 costs; and assault, dismissed.
• Adam A. Pratt, 35, Easton: domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $500 fine, two years in prison, all but four months suspended, two years’ probation and $60 restitution.
• Donald D. Reese, II, 45, Frenchville: domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail, all suspended and one-year probation.
• Chad A. Shaw, 33, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail, all but seven days suspended and two years’ probation.
• Joshua C. Shaw, 33, Fort Kent: operating vehicle without license, cond/restriction, 48 hours in jail; OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
• Matthew Philip Shorey, 32, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, unconditional discharge.
• Ryan D. Skidgel, 27, Caribou: burglary, four years in prison, all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation and $4,732.50 restitution.
• Nathan Smith, 62, Blaine: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Daniel D. Thibeault, 46, Church Creek, Md.: habitual motor vehicle offender and OUI, dismissed (each).
• Bradley R. Voisine, 22, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,000 fine.
• Maryanne E. Welch, 31, Washburn: OUI, dismissed.
