Atoms shut out Woodstock icemen

The Pepsi-sponsored Atoms played at Woodstock on Dec. 23 and posteed a 9-0 win. It was goalie Jilliam Flynn’s first career shutout.
    Scoring goals for the Presque Isle Atoms were Ryder Soucy, Patrick Burnett and Alex Michaud with one each; and Colin McKay, Tyler Seeley and Aaron Kofstad with two each.
Kofstad came out of the goalie position onto the ice and scored his first two goals of the season.
Assists were recorded by Trevor Levesque, Joseph Patenaude, Austin Albert, Ryder Soucy, Mikey Michaud and Colin McKay with one each, and Tyler Seeley with three.
The PI Atoms were slated to travel to Winslow for a round robin tournament on Dec. 29.
