PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — Raffle tickets for the Great Big Basket Drawing are now on sale. As part of its Great Big Give Back event, the Presque Isle Rotary Club is raffling off eight gift baskets valued at approximately $1,000 each and stuffed full of great items like gift cards, home décor, apparel, and more, all generously donated by local businesses.
Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased from Presque Isle Rotarians between now and April 15. Another easy way to get your hands on tickets for the raffle is to stop by the ticket booth at Graves’ Shop ’n Save between March 17 and April 15 during the following times:
Friday: 4-7 p.m.; Saturday: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and Sunday: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (excluding Easter).
The Great Big Give Back event also features an online mini auction with other great items. The online auction will be active April 1-22.
The raffle drawing will occur and auction winners will be announced on Tuesday, April 25 as part of the Presque Isle Rotary Club’s 100th Anniversary celebration at Legacy Ranch Event Center. Proceeds from the raffle and the mini-auction will benefit the Mapleton Fire Department, PI Rotary Scholarship Fund, Easton Prestile Community Park and PI Youth Hockey.
