This is a significant achievement for the company as it was their first time participating in the program. The “Best Places to Work” recognition is awarded to companies that have created a positive and engaging work environment for their employees. The Best Places to Work program consists of a two-part evaluation. Each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics are worth 25 percent. The remaining 75 percent is based entirely on the responses from employees in an anonymous survey that measures the employee experience and satisfaction.
