To the editor:
Our recent visit to Presque Isle was a good one except for one thing. People walking their dogs everywhere have to remove their dog’s droppings, that’s the law.
Why doesn’t that include the droppings of the horses from the Amish? Lowe’s parking lot, the Mall parking lot and Walmart all had the droppings. This is not sanitary. this has to be addressed.
