GRAND JURY
The Aroostook County Grand Jury completed its fourth session of 2014 on July 14 and handed down 60 indictments against 55 individuals without any “no bills.”
Those indicted include:
• Dennis F. Winchester, 49, Van Buren: burglary and theft.
• Thomas Kaiser Jr., 24, Mapleton: aggravated criminal mischief.
• Charles Vincent A. Day, 24, Old Orchard Beach: reckless conduct and possession of firearm by a prohibited person.
• Stephanie L. Bennett, 25, Caribou: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
• Taylor R. Hodsdon, 22, Caribou: theft (three counts).
• Bruce Plummer, 70, Caribou: gross sexual assault (two counts) and unlawful sexual contact (two counts).
• Kevin A. Makepeace, 33, Raymond: possession of firearm by a prohibited person and refusing to submit to arrest.
• Michael A. Fisher, 32, Woodland: domestic violence assault, unlawful sexual contact and gross sexual assault.
• Jeremy Triplett, 35, Limestone: gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact.
• Jesse P. Marquis, 38, St. Francis: murder.
• Todd J. Whittaker, 38, Bangor: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.
• Chelsea M. Anderson, 23, Woodland: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), attempted unlawful trafficking in drugs, and violating condition of release (two counts).
• Gino Roy, 40, Edmundston, N.B.: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.
• Matthew J. Suitter, 43, Houlton: theft by deception.
