Noel came to PAWS with quite a bit of fur missing, especially on her tail, thought to be from a flea allergy. After care, her fur is almost fully grown in. Noel is an affectionate girl and her green eyes are absolutely stunning. Other cats aren’t her favorites, but she is tolerating them here at the shelter. She is spayed and up to date on vaccines.
