GRAHAM, Irene Kinney., 92, CARIBOU, ME, and LONDONDERRY, NH, at Arkansas, August 30, 2014. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Friday, September 5, at the funeral home.. Arrangements are under the care of the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Londonderry, NH.
Irene Kinney Graham, 92, devoted wife and mother, formerly of Caribou, ME and Londonderry, NH, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at home in Delta Junction, AK, after a prolonged illness. She was the daughter of the late Israel and Hilda Kinney of Mars Hill, ME.
Her sister, Delores Pierce of Mars Hill, ME, survives her. She is also survived by her daughters and their husbands, Pam and Tom Gorman, and Bonnie and Jim Mason, both of Delta Junction, AK; her daughter-in-law, Sharon Graham of Paso Robles, CA; nine grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren: Steven Blue of Wisconsin and his two children, James Blue of Fargo, ND, and his two children, Melissa and Kimo Yoshida and their four children, all of Paso Robles, CA, Wendy and Tony Williams and their three children all of Delta Junction, AK, Jason and Liz Graham of San Clemente, CA and his three sons, Craig and Hannah Mason and their two children all of Delta Junction, AK, Brooke and Aaron Seeger and their four children all of Delta Junction, AK, Evan and Luz Gorman and their daughter of Hollywood, FL, and Drew Gorman of Delta Junction, AK.
She was predeceased by her husband, Fred F Graham; and children, Linda Blue and Stephen Graham.
Irene was a graduate of ACI High School in Mars Hill, ME, and a member of Calvary Bible Church of Derry, NH, as well as a life-long active auxiliary member of the Gideons International. She was a wonderful testimony to her family and friends of the grace and keeping power of God and leaves us with a rich heritage. Her faith in Jesus Christ proclaims John 11:25 “Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.” Her children and grandchildren have risen up and called her blessed.
Friends may call from 9 – 10 a.m., on Friday, September 5, 2014, at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry, NH. Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. Friday, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery, E. Derry.
