Two juveniles arrested in connection with Mars Hill burglaries

Aroostook County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested two 17-year-old juveniles in connection to a string of burglaries in Mars Hill.

The burglaries occurred during the evening hours of July 2 and July 3 at the Mars Hill Redemption Center, Al’s Diner, and Timberwolves Restaurant located, according to the Aroostook County Sheriff’s Office. All three businesses had been broken into and several different items were stolen from each business.

The two teens were identified from surveillance images. They were located and arrested on Friday. Both juveniles were charged with 3 counts of burglary, 3 counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and 3 counts of criminal mischief.
