USDA local work group to determine
central Aroostook County natural resource priorities
There will be a meeting of the USDA local working group on Wednesday, Dec. 10, from 4-6 p.m. at the USDA Service Center Conference Room, 735 Main St., in Presque Isle. The meeting is open to the public.
Local working groups provide recommendations to the district conservationist of the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service on local natural resource priorities and criteria for conservation activities and programs. Topics of discussion will include: past funding results, priorities from the work group, and local input.
