Online auction proceeds go to MWSC athletes

The Maine Winter Sports Center online auction ends Friday, Nov. 28 and there are once-in-a-lifetime items like the night with NHL Hall of Famer Ray Bourque. It starts with dinner at his restaurant in Boston’s North End and finishes with a Bruins game at his luxury suite at the TD Garden.
There is also $25,000 worth of leadership and talent development consulting from internationally-respected Osprey Leadership Consulting, as well as a biathlon fantasy camp at the 10th Mountain Center in Fort Kent, which offers a chance to get coaching from members of the Olympic Development Team staff and athletes, a catered lunch and two nights at the Inn of Acadia, northern Maine’s newest luxury inn.
There are also pieces of apparel, beautiful art, gear and vacations up for auction. All of the proceeds will support the Olympic Development Team athletes. The Maine Winter Sports Center has the funding to support the athlete’s racing and training in North America, but they are a truly gifted team and a number of them will certainly qualify for World Championships, World Junior Championships and World Cups in biathlon or cross country skiing. Please help ensure that if they qualify, they can attend.
