CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of July.
• Joshua J. Guerrette, 28, Fort Fairfield: operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine and 10 months in prison; and failure to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury, $500 fine and six months in prison.
• Robert N. Guthrie, 27, Woodland: violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail.
• Angela M. Haines, 40, Presque Isle: stealing drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed (each).
• Quinn Harvey, 33, Mapleton: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, dismissed; and theft by receiving stolen property, two years in prison, all but five months suspended, one-year probation and $23.95 restitution.
• Joshua Hawksley, 22, Mars Hill: protective order from harassment violation (three counts), 45 days in jail (first, third) and dismissed (second).
• Michael Hodge, 41, Washburn: unlawful sexual contact, nine months in jail; and gross sexual assault, dismissed.
• Chad L. Junkins, 36, Castle Hill: criminal trespass (two counts) and stalking — serious inconvenience/emotional distress, filed on $200 costs (total).
• Shayne M. Kinney, 34, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault (two counts), nine months in jail, all but 14 days suspended, and one-year probation (first), dismissed (second).
• Richard A. Larsen III, 27, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four years in prison, all but five months suspended, two years’ probation and $5,522.90 restitution.
• Jack W. McCarthy, 65, Woodland: operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.
• Rishard C. McIlwain, 30, New Sweden: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, seven years in prison, all but two years suspended, and two years’ probation.
• Carter C. Melendez-Christensen, 21, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.
• Adam J. Michaud, 32, Presque Isle: stealing drugs, dismissed.
• Dakota R. Michaud, 22, Bangor: probation violation, 30 months in prison, probation revoked.
• Rebecca Nersessian, 27, Mars Hill: theft by receiving stolen property, priors (two counts), dismissed (first), six days in jail and $75 restitution (second); and violating condition of release, six days in jail.
• Jeffrey A. Nickerson, 52, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine and seven days in jail.
• Ryan Noyes, 24, Fort Fairfield: OUI, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
• Lorie Paddleford, 36, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

• James Peaslee, 34, Bridgewater: terrorizing, 10 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 364 days in prison; and burglary, 16 months in prison.
• Edward J. Peter Paul, 44, Caribou: assault (three counts), $300 fine (first, third), dismissed (second); and disorderly conduct, fighting, dismissed.
• Alisha Philbrook, 21, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail.
• Bruce W. Plummer, 70, Caribou: gross sexual assault (two counts), dismissed (each).
• Eric E. Rosten, 45, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $500 fine (each), four years in prison, all but one year suspended, and three years’ probation (first), one year in prison (second).
• Dale S. Simpson, 45, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 18 months in prison, all but four months suspended, and one-year probation.
• Jesse E. Sirois, 30, Van Buren: unlawfully shooting or discharging firearm or crossbow, dismissed; exceeding bag limit on deer, hunting deer after having killed one, $1,000 fine and three days in jail (each); discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling, dismissed; criminal trespass, four days in jail; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
• Kenneth R. Sirois, 58, Van Buren: false registration of deer, $500 fine; and unsworn falsification, dismissed.
• State of Maine (complaint by plaintiff Richard A. Larsen III), theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary, withdrawn.
• Jeffrey L. Stephenson, 48, Mapleton: unlawfully shooting or discharging firearm or crossbow, dismissed; and night hunting, $1,000 fine and three days in jail.
• Bruce M. Theriault, 51, Fort Kent: failing to make oral or written accident report, $400 fine; and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed.
• Travis J. Theriault, 24, Van Buren: probation violation and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail (each), probation partially revoked, probation continued, and $11,631.42 restitution (first).
• Jimmy D. Trotter, 35, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $200 fine.
• Wayde Trotter, 53, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.
• Cody Welch, 18, Chester, N.H.: hunting without valid license, dismissed; failing to provide correct name, address, date of birth, $200 fine.

• Robert E. Bowring Jr., 31, Ashland: probation violation, 16 months in prison and probation revoked.
• Paul Burke, 67, Van Buren: tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim (two counts), 14 months in prison (each); domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison; obstructing report of crime, dismissed; and violating condition of release (13 counts), four years in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation (first, seventh, 9th-11th), and dismissed (second-sixth, eighth, 12th and 13th).
• Kimberly Sue Chatman, 37, Gardiner: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $500 costs.
• Deney R. Deprey, 36, Wallagrass: operating under the influence, no test, prior, and operating vehicle without license — condition/restriction, dismissed (each); and driving to endanger, $700 fine, seven days in jail and 30-day license suspension.
• Joshua Doughty, 30, Biddeford: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 20 months in prison and $370.48 restitution; probation violation (two counts), 10 months in prison (first), 20 months in prison (second) and probation revoked (each).
• Larry A. Easler, 38, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 18 months in prison.
• Timothy Golden, 25, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
• Renaldo Jones, 22, Mars Hill: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, six months in jail; assault on an officer, burglary and stealing drugs, 15 months in prison (each), $245.71 restitution (first) and $275 restitution (third); refusing to submit to arrest or detention — physical force, violating condition of release, assault and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed (each).

• Kathryn Lewandowski, 31, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
• Maurice J. Lizotte Jr., 40, Madawaska: probation violation, 18 months in prison and probation partially revoked.
• Kevin A. Makepeace, 33, Caribou: probation violation, two years in prison and probation revoked; illegal possession of firearm, $1,000 fine, five years in prison, all but six months suspended, and two years’ probation; and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, 90 days in jail.
• Troy M. Marchant, 27, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), five days in jail (each); and OUI, $500 fine, five days in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Jessica J. McMinn, 26, Limestone: reckless conduct, $250 fine; and driving to endanger, dismissed.
• Keith Michaud, 36, Presque Isle: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 18 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended, and two years’ probation; and aggravated trafficking of schedule Z drugs, dismissed.
• Rebecca Nersessian, 27, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (three counts), six months in prison (first, third), dismissed (second); operating after habitual offender revocation, prior (three counts), $1,000 fine (first, third), six months in prison (first), dismissed (second), two years in prison, all but one year suspended, one-year probation and $125 restitution (third); and forgery, six months in prison and $125 restitution.
• Joshua K. Pelletier, 19, Fort Kent: criminal mischief and kindling fire without permission, dismissed (each).
• Vincent C. Perkins, 21, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts) and stealing drugs (two counts), 75 days in jail (each); and criminal trespass, 75 days in jail and $1,750 restitution.
• Bruce W. Plummer, 70, Caribou: unlawful sexual contact (two counts), eight years in prison and three years’ probation (each, concurrent).
• Paul Rossignol Jr., 39, Caribou: domestic violence assault, 120 days in prison and two years’ probation; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
• Dale S. Simpson, 45, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 18 months in prison, all but four months suspended, and one-year probation.
• Judson T. Taggett, 22, Allagash: criminal mischief and criminal attempt, dismissed (each).
• Brent M. Thibeault, 20, Frenchville: driving to endanger, dismissed.
