PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard at the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of September.
• Joshua Ahern, 25, Presque Isle: fugitive from justice, extradition ordered.
• Matthew Bagley, 33, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), $300 fine and seven days in jail (first); 30 days in jail (second).
• Benjamin Robert Benedict, 36, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
• Ronald S. Burrill, 72, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Thomas Carlton, 18, Presque Isle: operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine; and operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
• Andrew M. Cash, 21, Presque Isle: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.
• Richard J. Churchill Jr., 23, Washburn: criminal trespass, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior (three counts), $500 fine (each), five days in jail (second) and seven days in jail (third); violating condition of release, seven days in jail; failure to stop ATV, $1,000 fine; and reckless operation of ATV, failure to use ATV lights and operating ATV on public way, dismissed (each).
• Martin D. Clark, 58, Ashland: violating condition of release (two counts), 60 days in jail (each).
• Joshua R. Clayton, 29, Mapleton: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $550 fine; and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Justena R. Cleveland, 19, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed with unspecified costs.
• Thor M. Cochran, 37, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, 90 days in jail and probation revoked.
• Katelynn Cote, 21, Mars Hill: criminal mischief, $300 fine.
• Christopher Dale Condon, 37, Portage: operating while license suspended or revoked, $400 fine.
• Gerald A. Cray, 51, Mars Hill: assault, dismissed.
• Matthew T. Devine, 35, Fort Fairfield: fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size, $100 fine.
• Ryan Michael Dionne, 25, Limestone: fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
• Jonathan B. Dixon, 40, Presque Isle: violation of watercraft rules, $100 fine.
• Dawn G. Fogg, 65, Glenburn: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
• David P. Franz, 31, Fort Fairfield: criminal trespass, $100 fine.
• Steven M. Gault, 28, Philadelphia, Pa.: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.
• Walter Gogan, 65, Presque Isle: burning prohibited material, $100 fine.
• Garrett C. Gray, 21, Easton: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
• Sharon L. Griffeth, 44, Caribou: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Randall E. Gross, 34, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and $200 restitution.
• Christopher M. Haines, 29, Woodland: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
• Clayton Hayes, 74, Presque Isle: violating condition of release and criminal mischief, seven days in jail (each).
• Brad C. Johnson, 30, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
• Tiffiney R. Johnson, 30, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), violating condition of release, five days in jail (each) and $161.34 restitution (first); and use of drug paraphernalia $300 fine.
• Jirad B. Kinney, 36, Houlton: violating protective order and violating condition of release, five days in jail (each) and $250 fine (first).
