SUPERIOR COURT
CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of September 2014.
• Chelsea Anderson, 24, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $10,000 fine, six years in prison, all but two years suspended, and three years’ probation (first), $400 fine and 18 months in prison (second); criminal attempt, dismissed; and violating condition of release, six months in prison.
• Chelsea L. Bernier, 25, Allagash: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor (three counts), dismissed (first, third) and $500 fine (second).
• Geary S. Bonville, 75, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine; and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, dismissed.
• Amie J. Bouchard Jr., 30, Van Buren: probation violation and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail (each) and probation revoked (first); and burglary, dismissed.
• Ryan Brewer, 22, Blaine: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; and illegal importation of scheduled drugs, $500 fine, three years in prison, all but six months suspended, and two years’ probation.
• Leland Bruce Cantrell II, 31, Madawaska: aggravated assault, dismissed.
• Richard J. Churchill, 23, Presque Isle: probation violation, 11 months in prison and probation revoked.
• Roland J. Clavette, 51, Madawaska: operating ATV to endanger and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $250 fine (each).
• Eric M. Condon, 28, Easton: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Norman A. Daigle, 76, T17 R4: operating under the influence, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license suspension.
• Dusty Glasscock, 25, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft by deception, dismissed (each).
• Elaine M. Godin, 48, Washburn: probation violation, 18 months in prison and probation revoked.
• Levi Jandreau, 22, Allagash: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor (three counts), dismissed (first, third) and $500 fine (second).
• Justin W. Johndro, 22, Caribou: criminal trespass, $600 fine and $3,652.34 restitution.
• Robert Jordan, 60, Caribou: assault, filed with $100 costs.
• James R. King, 45, Washburn: aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, dismissed; and failure to appear after bailed, 77 days in jail.
• Chelsea Lewis, 24, Van Buren: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
• Edward Roy Mallett, 41, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed.
• Colby G. Martin, 19, Fort Kent: criminal attempt, $200 fine; criminal mischief (two counts), dismissed (each); and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine and $500 restitution.
• Joshua A. Martin, 27, Connor Twp.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 15 months in prison; and burglary, four years in prison, all but 15 months suspended, one-year probation, and $25 restitution.
• Jarod McBreairty, 33, Winterport: hunting under the influence over 21, dismissed; and possessing animal or bird in violation and loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $500 fine (each).
• Travis McDonald, 28, Presque Isle; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in prison; arson, 18 years in prison, all but four years suspended, four years’ probation and $138,682.69 restitution; and violating condition of release, six months in prison.
• Maurice R. Michaud, 74, Fort Kent: possessing sexually explicit material of minor under 12 (two counts), four years in prison, all but nine months, one day suspended, and two years’ probation (first) and nine months, one day in prison (second).
• Bethann Montpetit, 35, Masardis: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
