Grand jury
The Aroostook County grand jury completed its fifth session of 2014 on Oct. 9 and handed down 35 indictments against 33 individuals without any “no bills.”
Those indicted include:
• Marcus A. Toner, 25, Houlton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
• Kenneth E. McCrary, 24, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs; operating under the influence.
• Diane E. Flewelling, 62, Houlton: theft; forgery.
• Jennifer G. Clark, 47, Linneus: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
• Michael Doucette, 28, Van Buren: operating after revocation; assault (two counts); and ATV accident with personal injury.
• Shawn M. Maxfield, 31, Knox: aggravated operating after revocation; OUI; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs; and violating condition of release.
• Micah G. Lawlor, 39, Merrill: burglary; theft; and unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts).
• Sarah R. Hartley, 37, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
• Brittany S. Long, 25, Hodgdon: burglary; theft; and violating condition of release.
• Christopher D. Eastham, 43, New Limerick: violating condition of release.
• Barry A. Carmichael, 50, Houlton: violating condition of release; aggravated assault; domestic violence assault; obstructing government administration; refusing to submit to arrest; and cultivation of marijuana.
• Daniel A. Dennison, 35, Westbrook: tampering with victim; violating condition of release.
• Annabelle Lipsett-Rodriguez, 60, Houlton: negotiating a worthless instrument (two counts).
• Nathan D. Brewer, 34, Mapleton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs; illegal importation of scheduled drugs; and violating condition of release.
• John C. Flannery Jr., 31, Crystal: aggravated assault; domestic violence terrorizing.
• Joel J. Landry, 58, Madawaska: arson; criminal trespass; violating condition of release; and aggravated criminal mischief.
• Timothy A. Acott, 34, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs; violating condition of release.
• Robert E. McKenzie, 20, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
• James W. Merrill, 35, Cary Plantation: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
• Secret D. Skinner, 38, Oakfield: burglary; stealing drugs; and failing to appear.
• Scott E. Sides, 21, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
• Jessica L. Tremblay, 27, Merrill: burglary; theft.
• Matthew L. Thibodeau, 27, Monticello: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs; violating condition of release.
• James F. Quint, 64, Linneus: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
• Steven A. Selander, 23, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
• Max McGuire, 35, Canyon Lake, Calif.: criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon; assault; falsifying evidence; and reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon.
• Timothy M. Cormier, 47, Presque Isle: theft by deception.
• Paul C. Cote III, 40, Mars Hill: criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs; and violating condition of release (two counts).
• Joshua Fraser, 19, Presque Isle: eluding an officer; passing a roadblock; failing to stop for an officer; and driving to endanger.
• Paul L. Gibbs, 38, Presque Isle: reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon (two counts); criminal mischief.
• Ward W. Ballard, 50, Caribou: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts); unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (three counts); and criminal forfeiture.
