DISTRICT COURT
PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard at the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of October.
• Eric Pabon, 22, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine; violating condition of release, dismissed; and failing to provide correct name, address, date of birth, $250 fine.
• Michael A. Paddleford, 38, Caribou: violating condition of release, $250 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked, filed with unspecified costs.
• Douglas E. Paddock, 60, Blaine: OUI (two counts), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension (each), five days in jail (first) and 48 days in jail (second); and violating condition of release, five days in jail.
• Derrick S. Page, 22, Chapman: carrying passenger on ATV without headgear, $100 fine.
• Joshua Parker, 31, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
• Arthur J. Pimental, 20, Caribou: OUI, dismissed.
• Terri L. Ring, 45, Houlton: unlawfully permitting operation of ATV, $100 fine.
• Marjorie Sock, 53, Rexton Big Cove, N.B.: assault (two counts), filed with unspecified costs (each).
• Joshua T. Sommer, 25, Mars Hill: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine; and failing to register vehicle, $100 fine.
• Paul D. Sprague, 45, Fort Fairfield: operating vehicle without license, five days in jail; and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed.
• Katrina L. St. Jean, 28, Mars Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; and violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.
• Cameron K. Tardie, 23, Presque Isle: entering or causing a projectile to enter a place illegally, $100 fine.
• Donny Lee Taylor, 37, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 10 months in jail, all but 20 days suspended, and two years’ probation.
• Bradley R. Voisine, 23, Fort Fairfield: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
• Jessie J. White, 36, Perham: OUI, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
• Dennis S. Willette, 21, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $100 fine.
• Joni D. Yoder, 21, Easton: burning without permit, $150 fine.
• Michael A. York, 26, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), $200 fine (first, third), $59.99 restitution (first), and $300 fine (second).
