Katherine, better known to friends as “Kay”, was raised on a farm and knew the value of hard work. During her married life, she worked for several families as a housekeeper as well as tending to her own. She loved to knit, making colorful afghans and slipper socks for many to enjoy.

She is survived by her son, Rocky Boyle and his wife, Arlene, of Holden; grandson, Adam Boyle of Bangor; granddaughter, Kristi Boyle and herpartner, Tim Leuterio, of Corinth; and great-grandson, Jackson Leuterio of Corinth. She is also survived by one brother, Wallace Brewer of E. Plantation; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Kay was predeceased by her husband, Hubert Boyle and many brothers and sisters.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Rodrigo Maegawa at Cancer Care of Maine and Woodlands Senior Living, both located in Brewer, for their wonderful care of our loved one.
