Kempton McManus

     MCMANUS, Kempton, 88, WESTFIELD, at Mars Hill, March 27, 2015. A graveside service will be held in the summer of 2015 at McManus Family Cemetery, Westfield. Arrangements are under the care of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, Presque Isle.

     WESTFIELD – Kempton McManus, 88, died Friday night, March 27, 2015, at the Aroostook Health Center in Mars Hill. He was born in Manchester, NH, the son of Leroy and Gladys (Hammond) McManus.
    Kempton served in the U.S. Army. He worked as a diesel mechanic for the Ford Motor Co., and Nelson Freightways, then he drove school bus in Westfield.
    He is survived by a sister, Barbara Vivian of Greene; a daughter-in-law, Connie McManus of Fort Fairfield; six grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
    He was predeceased by a son, Bernard; and a brother, Wade McManus.
