• Richard Dean Kinney, 41, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed; OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension; and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, seven days in jail.
• Richard Morgan Kinney, 44, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 90 days in prison.
• Shannon Kinney, 45, Hudson: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 72 hours in jail.
