CASTLE HILL – A 70th birthday party was held Sept. 9 at the Castle Hill Grange Hall for James (Bud) Phillips of Panama City, Fla.
Attending were 28 guests of family and friends all there to wish Bud a happy birthday. Lunch and cake were served along with a lot of good conversation.
Joan (Lee) Phillips, niece of Robert McHatten, and Bud have been visiting the area for six weeks at McHatten’s camp in Wade.
