Claire R. (Gagnon) Higgins

    HIGGINS, Claire R. (Gagnon), 67, MADAWASKA, at Mars Hill, April 5, 2015. A memorial service will be held at the Presque Isle Wesleyan Church at 12 noon on May 30, 2015. All are invited to join us for a reception immediately following the service.

    MADAWASKA – Claire R. (Gagnon) Higgins, 67, passed away peacefully on April 5, 2015, at the Mars Hill Health Center of Pancreatic Cancer. Born in Frenchville, ME, on March 5, 1948, she was the daughter of Leon Gagnon Sr. and Marie (Marquis) Gagnon.
    Retired at her time of passing, she was previously employed as a Laboratory Technician for Family Practice for many years and was along time member of AA.
    She is survived by her two sons, Rodger Higgins and his partner, Matthew Davis of Madawaska, and Darren Higgins and his wife, Brandy Higgins of Chapman, parents of Jordan and Dylan Higgins, her cherished grandchildren; one Brother, Roger Gagnon of Fort Kent; and one sister, Judy Bard of Madawaska; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who became family. A beloved friend to most, memories of happiness are fruitful for those who knew her.
