• Dylan Grivois, 25, Cyr Plantation: unlawful possession of oxycodone, permanent transfer.
• Amber R. Hallett, 23, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and $100 restitution.
• Jeffrey T. Hardgrove, 38, Westfield: probation violation, 12 months in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Shaun C. Kinney, 36, Presque Isle: probation violation, six months in jail and probation revoked; and domestic violence assault, priors, 18 months in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.
• Leanne R. Lacombe, 30, Mapleton: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Gregory D. Malone, Jr., 19, Monticello: probation violation, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Brian A. Marquis, 30, Frenchville: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
• Leroy Mckenzie, 46, Blaine: assault on an officer, $750 fine, 12 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended, one-year probation and $245.71 restitution; and obstructing government administration, 30 days in jail.
• Andrew N. McQuarrie, 76, Frenchville: OUI, $500 fine, four days in jail and 150-day license suspension.
• John A. Moir, 67, Mars Hill: terrorizing (two counts), $500 fine (first), dismissed (second).
• Jeffrey D. Sarmiento, 28, Presque Isle: theft by receiving stolen property, dismissed.
• Ryan J. Simpson, 32, Old Orchard Beach: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Justin Roger Soucy, 32, St. John Plantation: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $100 fine; and violation of protective order, dismissed.
• Paul D. Sprague, 45, Fort Fairfield: arson, dismissed.
• Jonathan A. Willigar, 26, Littleton: burglary, dismissed; and assault, $300 fine, 30 days in jail and $5,757.03 restitution.
• Lee S. Winship, 34, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
• Willie N. York, 33, Mapleton: probation violation, nine months and one day in prison, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

• Leigh Albert, 41, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
• Craig W. Allen, 28, Presque Isle: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Lacie Anderson, 24, Caribou: burglary, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $1,000 fine and three days in jail.
• Maria Theresa Annal, 62, Grand Isle: domestic violence reckless conduct, eight months in jail, all but 122 days suspended, and one-year probation; and aggravated assault, dismissed.
• Bobby L. Begin, 30, Limestone: domestic violence assault, priors, 20 months in prison.
• Desiree V. Bennett, 24, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, 90 days in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Sherilyn A. Bennett, 51, Fort Fairfield: manslaughter, dismissed; operating under the influence — death, $2,100 fine, six years in prison, all but nine months suspended, one-year probation and 10 years’ license suspension.
• Wayne E. Boulier Jr., 34, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (first) and six months in jail (second); domestic violence assault, priors, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine (each), 364 days in prison (first) and six months in jail (second); carrying concealed weapon, reckless conduct, illegal possession of firearm and possessing firearm in liquor licensed establishment, dismissed (each).
• Shawn W. Bragg, 30, Washburn: probation violation, 36 months in prison and probation revoked.
• Christopher Brescia, 37, Caribou: terrorizing, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures (two counts), disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, and stalking — serious inconvenience/emotional distress, dismissed (each); and criminal threatening, $750 fine.
