CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of March.
• Zachery S. Adams, 27, Brighton, Mass.: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
• Adam Akeley, 33, Mapleton: endangering the welfare of a child, 90 days in jail; assault, 90 days in jail and $500 fine; and criminal attempt, dismissed.
• Craig A. Anderson, 48, Stockholm: unlawfully furnishing scheduled drug, $800 fine, nine months in jail, all but 10 days suspended, and one-year probation; violating protective order, 10 days in jail; and illegal importation of scheduled drugs and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed (each).
• Ward W. Ballard, 50, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (four counts), $400 fine and 30 days in jail (first, third, fourth) and dismissed (second); criminal forfeiture of property (two counts), forfeited (each); unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), dismissed (each); unlawfully furnishing scheduled drug, $1,500 fine, three years in prison, all but six months suspended, and two years’ probation; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
• Roxane L. Bisson, 48, Limestone: unlawfully furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine, 18 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended, and two years’ probation.
• Myles H. Bolstridge, 22, Portage: OUI/death, $2,100 fine, seven years in prison, all but 12 months suspended, three years’ probation, 10-year license suspension, and 100 hours’ community service; OUI/injury, $2,100 fine, 12 months in prison and six-year license suspension; and motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, 90 days in jail.
• Robert E. Bowring Jr., 32, Ashland: assault, four years in prison.
• Leland Bruce Cantrell II, 32, Madawaska: domestic violence assault (two counts) and violating condition of release (two counts), 30 days in jail (each); furnishing liquor to a minor (two counts), 30 days in jail and $500 fine (each); criminal attempt, two years in prison and two years’ probation; sexual abuse of a minor, dismissed; and failing to provide correct name, address, date of birth, 30 days in jail.
• Tiffeny Lynn Carlson, 25, Ashland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 60 days in jail.
• Donald Clark, 54, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $1,000 fine, 14 days in jail and $130 restitution.
• Joseph Corbin, 61, Caribou: operating ATV under the influence over 21, $600 fine.
• Douglas Alan Craig, 46, Fort Fairfield: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; driving to endanger and failing to make oral or written accident report, dismissed (each).
• Jeffrey M. Curtis, 34, Presque Isle: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, 30 days in jail; assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail; OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail.
• Connor L. Fitzpatrick, 23, Washburn: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, $400 fine, 48 hours in jail and 30-day license suspension; OUI, $500 fine, seven days in jail and 90-day license suspension; and failing to stop for officer, $500 fine and 10 days in jail.
• Nicholas Aaron Flewelling, 25, Easton: probation violation, 30 days in jail and probation continued.
• Krystle Gagnon, 36, Fort Kent: domestic violence assault, priors, 364 days in prison, all but 42 days suspended, and two years’ probation.
• Brittany Grass, 27, Mars Hill: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
• Arthur R. Gray, 24, Mars Hill: assault, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail; burglary, dismissed; and criminal trespass, 48 hours in jail and $514.80 restitution.
