CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of February.
• Shaun M. Ames, 34, Presque Isle: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
• Stephanie Bennett, 25, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, 30 months in prison, all suspended, and two years’ probation.
• Roxane L. Bisson, 48, Limestone: unlawfully furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine, 18 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended, and two years’ probation.
• Tasha Boyce, 37, Mars Hill: probation violation, seven months in jail and probation revoked.
• Jessica L. Brown, 32, Caribou: domestic violence assault, four days in jail.
• Eric M. Condon, 28, Easton: unlawful sexual contact, dismissed; and assault, $300 fine and 10 days in jail.
• Clayton D. Cornelison, 20, Mars Hill: probation violation, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Daniel J. Desjardins, 53, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
• Colby L. Doucette, 24, Caribou: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, 10 days in jail; and assault (two counts), 29 days in jail (each), $500 fine (first), $300 fine and $4,740.32 restitution (second).
• Connor L. Fitzpatrick, 23, Washburn: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, $400 fine, 48 hours in jail and 30-day license suspension; operating under the influence, $500 fine, seven days in jail and 90-day license suspension; eluding an officer, dismissed; failing to stop for officer, $500 fine and 10 days in jail; and violating condition of release, five days in jail.
• Andrea L. Gardiner, 32, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine and $50 restitution.
• Dustin K. Giles, 29, Caribou: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Sean K. Greening, 49, Fort Kent: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, dismissed.
• Joseph B. Haines, 43, Westfield: probation violation, five months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Marteen K. Hanania, 31, Ledyard, Conn.: wasting a wild bird or wild animal, $1,000 fine.
• Don W. Hanson Jr., 34, Presque Isle: probation violation, three years in prison and probation revoked.
• Doil A. Hayes, 34, Fort Fairfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
• Todd W. Ireland, 49, Fort Fairfield: reckless conduct, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, $200 fine.
• Nicholas J. Isaac, 31, Mars Hill: OUI, priors, and operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed (each), and violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
• Adam V. Jackson, 36, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,100 fine, 18 months in prison, all but six months suspended, one-year probation and six years’ license and registration suspension; and OUI, prior, $700 fine, 14 days in prison and three years’ license and registration suspension.
• Erik R. Lamoreau, 35, Westbrook: criminal conspiracy, $400 fine, four years in prison, all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation and $250 restitution.
• Joshua R. Lee, 27, Haynesville: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Kyle R. Lloyd, 21, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, seven months in jail and probation partially revoked.
• Justin R. Martin, 32, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
• Carter T. McBreairty, 59, Allagash: hunting deer after having killed one (three counts), night hunting and possessing fish in violation, $1,000 fine and 15 days in jail (each); loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle (three counts), $500 fine and 15 days in jail (each); theft of services (two counts), unconditional discharge (each); hunting under the influence over 21 (three counts), $1,000 fine, 364 days in prison, all but 30 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence (first), $500 fine and 15 days in jail (second) and $400 fine and five days in jail (third); and exceeding 18 hours to register deer, $750 fine and nine months in jail.
• Devin G. McBreairty, 25, St. John Plt.: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $100 fine.
• Darcie L. Nash, 35, Linneus: OUI, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
• Joshua K. Pelletier, 19, Fort Kent; criminal mischief, $200 fine.
• Michael S. Rotondi, 50, Paramus, N.J.: driver use or possession of drugs, dismissed; rule violation, failing to possess previous seven days’ status, $1,000 fine.
• John A. Sam, 26, Caribou: probation violation and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, nine months, one day in prison (each) and probation revoked (first); and robbery, dismissed.
• Todd T. Smith, 44, Washburn: OUI (two counts), dismissed (first), $800 fine and 150-day license suspension (second); and operating vehicle without license, dismissed.
• Keith R. Tingley Jr., 48, Presque Isle: aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and $240 restitution (each), four years in prison (first), six months in jail (second); criminal forfeiture of property (two counts), forfeited; trafficking in or furnishing counterfeit drugs, dismissed; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 22 years in prison, all but 14 years suspended; four years’ probation and $4,057 restitution; and violating condition of release, nine months in jail.
• Lynn F. Turnbull, 54, New Sweden: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed without costs.
• Edwin D. Weiland, 37, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine and 15 months in prison; and probation violation, 15 months in prison and probation revoked.
• Dennis F. Winchester, 50, Van Buren: burglary, five years in prison, all but three years suspended, and two years’ probation; and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
• Lee S. Winship, 34, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
