CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of January.
• Bryce Jacob Bridges, 22, Blaine: assault, $300 fine and seven days in jail; and unlawful sexual contact, dismissed.
• Preston E. Brown, 30, Woodland: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, two years in prison, all but six months suspended, and two years’ probation; and violating condition of release, 20 days in jail.
• Margaret R. Chambers, 48, Van Buren: OUI, priors, $1,000 fine, three years in prison, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation and six years’ license suspension.
• Wu Chen, 32, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.
• Jason P. Clair, 39, Mapleton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
• Casey Clayton, 27, Caribou: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
• Keith W. Cocheran III, 39, Westfield: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed (each).
• Thor M. Cochran, 37, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence terrorizing, priors, dismissed; and domestic violence assault, priors, 18 months in prison, all but six months suspended, and two years’ probation.
• Anthony G. Collin, 33, Smithfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, withdrawn.
• Paul Clayton Cote II, 41, Mars Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and seven days in jail; and violating condition of release (two counts), seven days in jail (first) and dismissed (second).
• Wayne Cyr, 55, Caribou: harassment by telephone, dismissed; and failure to appear after bailed, 48 hours in jail.
• Martina Elliott, 21, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, fighting, $300 fine.
• Wallace G. Endy Jr., 29, Mars Hill: aggravated assault, dismissed.
• Edna Engel, 40, Bangor: probation violation, 48 hours in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Tyler Farley, 24, Washburn: probation violation, three years in prison and probation revoked.
• Eric Flaherty, 45, Caribou: violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail.
• Amanda P. Gardner, 31, Van Buren: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, six months in jail, all suspended, one-year probation and $120 restitution.
• Paul L. Gibbs, 28, Presque Isle: reckless conduct, $250 fine and seven days in prison; and criminal mischief, seven days in jail.
• Philip D. Green Jr., 41, Woodland: probation violation, 85 days in jail and probation revoked.
• Michael D. Hafford, 37, Blaine: domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail, all suspended, and one-year probation; and obstructing report of crime, dismissed.
• Warren Harris Jr., 57, Caribou: assault, $500 fine; and unlawful sexual contact, dismissed.
• Paul Hart, 53, Madawaska: obstructing report of crime, aggravated assault and criminal restraint, dismissed (each), and assault, $300 fine and 14 days in jail.
• Randy Hewitt, 40, Perham: unlawful sexual contact (three counts), one year in prison (each); and gross sexual assault, 10 years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, and six years’ probation.
• Lucas D. Higgins, 28, Mapleton: probation violation, 120 days in jail and probation revoked.
• Roland D. Jalbert, 59, Caribou: criminal mischief, six months in jail; burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, five years in prison (each).
• Jayson J. LaCroix, 22, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $350 fine and 75 days in jail.
• Erik R. Lamoreau, 35, Westbrook: criminal conspiracy, $400 fine, four years in prison, all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation and $250 restitution; aggravated trafficking of Schedule W drug, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), dismissed (each).
• Frank M. Lavway, 66, Presque Isle: carrying concealed weapon, $250 fine.
• Chase D. Lunney, 23, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
• Cecilia L. Masters, 52, Westfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 30 days in jail (each) and $653.53 restitution (third); violating condition of release (three counts), criminal trespass and operating vehicle without license, 30 days in jail (each).
• William McArthur, 24, Presque Isle: aggravated assault, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing, 60 days in jail; domestic violence assault, 10 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation; violating condition of release and violating protection from abuse order, 30 days in jail (each).
• Derek D. Michaud, 22, Perham: reckless conduct, $500 fine; and OUI, dismissed.
• Jean Louis Michaud II, 36, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors (two counts), nine months, one day in prison (each) and $230 restitution (first).
• Kyle J. Morrill, 34, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine and six months in jail (each).
• John D. Morton, 38, Presque Isle: terrorizing and improper influence, dismissed (each); criminal threatening, 10 months in jail, all but four days suspended, and one-year administrative release sentence; and burning prohibited material, $75 fine.
• Allen Munkittrick, 66, Danville, Vt.: discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling, $200 fine.
• Francis A. Murray Jr., 64, Bridgewater: probation violation, 44 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Nicholas M. Nadeau, 22, Bangor: assault, $300 fine.
• Kevin Nibby Goodridge, 33, New Sweden: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine (each), 18 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation and $120 restitution (first), and 10 days in jail (second); and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
• Bryan P. Ouellette, 28, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine, four days in jail and 150-day license suspension.
• Bryan R. Ouellette, 24, Caribou: criminal threatening, $100 fine.
• Daniel Ouellette, 22, Caribou: violating condition of release, 90 days in jail, all suspended, and one-year administrative release sentence.
• Dayna E. Owens, 26, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail (each).
• Jaime L. Owens, 33, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
• Brittany Pelletier, 24, St. Francis: probation violation, six months in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• David Pelletier, 27, Wade: probation violation (two counts), 39 months in prison and probation revoked (each); burglary, five years in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation and $40,000 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), dismissed (first) and five years in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation and $40,000 restitution (second); unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine and 39 months in prison; and theft by receiving stolen property, priors (four counts), five years in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation and $14,340.21 restitution (each).
• Taylor Pelletier, 19, Wade: theft by receiving stolen property (four counts), $250 fine (first) and dismissed (second, third, fourth).
• Tyler J. Saucier, 28, Eagle Lake: theft of services, priors, 60 days in jail and $1,421.22 restitution.
• Kassandra Scott, 26, Mars Hill: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
• Steven Selander, 24, Presque Isle: probation violation, 30 days in jail and probation revoked.
• Chad A. Shaw, 34, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
• James Shaw, 26, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, 60 days in jail; aggravated assault, three years in prison, all but nine months suspended, and two years’ probation; and domestic violence terrorizing, priors, and obstructing criminal prosecution, nine months in jail (each).
• Thirisha Simon, 36, Caribou: probation violation, three years, six months in prison and probation partially revoked.
• Paul D. Sprague, 45, Fort Fairfield: aggravated criminal mischief, nine months in jail.
• Wayne St. Peter, 42, Connor Twp.: criminal mischief, 72 hours in jail; aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed; and domestic violence assault, 10 months in prison, all but three days suspended, and one-year probation.
• Craig V. St. Pierre, 24, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, withdrawn.
• Cyndi A. Tardif, 25, St. Agatha: false public alarm or report, $1,000 fine; reckless conduct, $250 fine; and OUI, dismissed.
• Jeffrey R. Thibodeau Jr., 38, Machiasport: violating condition of release and burglary, dismissed (each); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail and $350 restitution.
• Keith R. Tingley Jr., 48, Caribou: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 22 years in prison, all but 14 years suspended, four years’ probation and $4,057 restitution.
• Jeremy Triplett, 35, Limestone: gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact, dismissed (each); and assault, $300 fine and six months in jail.
• Maryanne Welch, 32, Benedicta: carrying concealed weapon, dismissed.
• Kathy W. Wells, 49, Castle Hill: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 60-day license suspension.
• Joshua A. Willette, 27, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.
• Trisha M. Willette, 24, Presque Isle: probation violation, 207 days in jail and probation revoked.
• Dennis F. Winchester, 50, Van Buren: burglary (two counts), five years in prison, all but three years suspended, and two years’ probation (first), dismissed (second); and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
• Lee S. Winship, 34, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
• Joshua A. Wright, 30, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 11 months in jail, all but 72 hours suspended, one-year probation and $2,115.76 restitution.
• Chris Thomas Yale, 38, Mapleton: OUI — no test, prior, $1,400 fine, 50 days in jail and six years’ license and registration suspension.
