Spud Speedway slate shortened by rain

    CARIBOU, Maine — Races at Spud Speedway Sunday were interrupted by rain after four feature races. Therefore, the remaining classes — Northern Lights, Street Stock and Pro Stock — will have double feature races at the next event July 3, which gets underway at at 7 p.m.

Results were as follows:
Senior Champ Karts: first, Tyler Raymond, Caribou; second, Damian Theriault, Caribou; and third, Tom Hale, Westmanland.
Junior Champ Karts: first, Bryan Searles, Presque Isle; second, Brayden Thibodeau, Caswell; and third, Noah Coventry, Van Buren.
Kids Kart: first, Parker Bosse, Limestone; second, Gage Theriault, Limestone; and third, Avery Lloyd, New Denmark, New Brunswick.
Enduro: first, Wayne Fox, Caribou; second, Brandon York, Fort Fairfield; and third, Artie Rossignol, Caribou.
