PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard at the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of February.
• Jason L. Alexander, 40, Blaine: violating condition of release, $250 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
• Blackwoods Inc., Orient: operating after registration suspended, filed on unspecified costs.
• Rino Boucher, 67, Chapman: hunting or possessing antlerless deer, dismissed; and hunting antlerless deer without permit, $250 fine.
• Tylor Butler, 22, Fort Fairfield: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension and $50 restitution; and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
• Troy W. Carney, 48, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail and $35 restitution.
• Danielle Lynn Caron, 40, Presque Isle: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
• Derek B. Demerchant, 28, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine; assault, $500 fine; criminal mischief, $200 fine and $100 restitution; and criminal trespass, dismissed.
• Sonny Drost, 24, Presque Isle: violating protection from abuse order, $250 fine and 72 hours in jail.
• Cody J. Dunton, 20, Presque Isle: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $300 fine; criminal threatening, $500 fine and 10 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
• Trevor Elis, 18, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine and $119 restitution.
• Sean A. Flanagin, 25, Presque Isle: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
• Jennifer Lynn Fuller, 44, Caribou: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• David Geer, 50, Connor Twp.: OUI, prior, $700 fine, 10 days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.
• Steven L. Graves, 54, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
• Ricky A. Hammond, 47, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
• Clayton Hayes, 74, Bangor: assault (two counts), $300 fine and 10 days in jail (each); refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, violating condition of release (two counts), criminal trespass and criminal threatening, 10 days in jail (each); and theft of services, 10 days in jail and $7 restitution.
• Briana Lee Hebert, 25, Easton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $250 fine.
• Robert Paul Helstrom, 31, Presque Isle: probation violation, 37 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 37 days in jail.
• Reece Humphrey, 22, Presque Isle: probation violation, 58 days in jail and probation revoked.
• Adam V. Jackson, 36, Mapleton: criminal mischief and assault, dismissed (each); and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
• Ryan Jackson, 19, Pittsfield: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Jonathan Jeffers, 32, Easton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.

• Shannon Kinney, 45, Hudson: domestic violence assault, $400 fine and 10 days in jail.
• Michael Lemoine, 20, Presque Isle: violating protection from abuse order, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Steven John Libby, 23, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine and $199.88 restitution.
• Angelique A. McDonald, 23, Caribou: OUI, $600 fine and 150-day license suspension.
• Brian S. McNally, 28, Ashland: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
• Justin Michaud, 28, Presque Isle: operating unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.
• Demerese Montgomery, 30, Limestone: failing to register vehicle, $150 fine.
• Melinda Rae Morrow, 27, Presque Isle: theft of services and refusing to sign criminal summons, 48 hours in jail (each) and $24 restitution (first).
• Vincent Pelletier, 37, Presque Isle: trafficking in dangerous knives, $250 fine; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine.
• Lindsay M. Porter, 27, Presque Isle: assault, $400 fine; and criminal trespass (two counts), $200 fine (first) and $100 fine (second).
• Bradley W. Pryor, 35, Mars Hill: burning prohibited material, $125 fine.
• Kendall A. Robinson, 46, Masardis: failing to label traps, $100 fine.

• Jonathan F. St. Peter, 26, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine and 48 hours in jail (first), $500 fine and 10 days in jail (second); violating condition of release (two counts), $250 fine and 48 hours in jail (first), 10 days in jail (second); and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
