MAKE-A-WISH DONATION
Cubby Gives, a program of the Cubby Thriftstores, LLC, along with its patrons recently raised and donated $1,354 to Make-a-Wish of Maine.

Presenting the check are past Make-a-Wish recipients and Cubby Heroes, Kaleb “Cubby” Johnson of Caribou, left, who had his wish granted in 2001 to meet Scooby Doo, and Hadley McLean of Presque Isle, whose wish to “swim with dolphins” was granted in 2013. Patrons of the area’s Cubby stores in Caribou, Presque Isle and Madawaska participated in this fundraiser.
