    TARDY – Harold J. Tardy Sr., Presque Isle, passed away Monday, August 31, 2015 at the Maine Veteran’s Home in Caribou. Friends and family may call from 1-2 p.m., Saturday, September 5, 2015, at the Funeral Home where a funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Arrangements are under the care of Duncan Graves Funeral Home, Presque Isle.
