Maine Epsilon Master chapter of Beta Sigma Phi met on Sept. 17 at the home of Helene Bernard.
Following a delicious potluck dinner, the business meeting was conducted by president Dolores Hutchins.
The program committee distributed the program books for the year. Special thanks to Helene Bernard, Linda Swett, and Gail Clukey for their efforts in getting the booklets organized and printed.
The ways and means and service committees discussed plans for upcoming projects throughout the year. The social committee mentioned what a wonderful time was had by all who attended an afternoon of fun and relaxation at Mae Gerrish’s camp on Eagle Lake. Many suggestions were made about upcoming events at UMPI that may be of interest to sisters.
The next meeting will be on October 15th at the home of Judy Kenney. Sisters should bring an item for a pound auction fundraiser and toiletries for the Sister Mary O’Donnell Homeless Shelter.
