Lyle E. Bernier, 24, Eagle Lake: domestic violence terrorizing, priors DV, 186 days in jail; and domestic violence assault, priors DV, two years in prison, all but 186 days suspended, and two years’ probation.
Milan Bogdanovic, 50, Perham: domestic violence terrorizing and domestic violence assault, dismissed (both).
Parker Lewelynn Brandon Boyd, 32, Mars Hill: domestic violence assault, six months in jail; and domestic violence criminal threatening, 18 months in prison, all but six months suspended, and two years’ probation; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail and burglary, six months in jail; and violating condition of release, four months in jail.
Taylor M. Byrd, 21, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine, eight months in jail; obstructing report of crime, 60 days in jail; aggravated assault and domestic violence assault, dismissed, pled other charge (both).
Abigail B. Capon, 47, Concord, NH: negotiate a worthless instrument, 60 days in jail, and $5,190.53 restitution.
Todd A. Chasse, 33, Easton: probation violation, 10 months 15 days in prison and probation revoked.
Norberto Colon Jr., 31, Presque Isle: criminal trespass, 10 months in prison; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, eight years in prison, all but two years suspended, three years’ probation, $120 restitution; and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
Colby Conroy, 21, Woodland: allow minor to possess or consume liquor, filed without costs.
Jamie Corey, 35, Biddeford: violating protective order, dismissed.
Craig Cyr, 26, Madawaska: unlawful possession of oxycodone, five years in prison, but all one year suspended, two years’ probation; operating under the influence, $500 fine, 150-day license suspension; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; escape, 120 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; and criminal trespass, 30 days in jail.
David P. Daigle, 38, Lynn, Mass.: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 150-day license suspension; operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, one year in prison; and failure to register vehicle, dismissed, pled other charge.
Joseph M. Dalessandris, 48, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, six months in jail; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
Hartley Damboise III, 54, Connor Twp.: probation violation, six months in jail, and probation revoked.
Stephen D. Davenport, Jr., 27, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, six months in jail; operating watercraft to endanger, $500 fine; allow minor to possess or consume liquor, four years in prison, but all one year suspended, and two years’ probation.
Katie A. Farris, 34, Ashland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $750 fine; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors.
Tyler Giles, 31, Caribou: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed/insufficient evid.; unlawful trafficking in synthetic hallucinogenic drug, $400 fine, 36 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation, $240 restitution; and carrying concealed weapon, 20 days in jail.
Zachary R. Hafforrd, 21, New Canada: night hunting, $1,000 fine, three days in jail.
Daileen L. Hibbard, 25, St. Francis: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed (by court).
Christopher Hitchcock, 28, Fort Fairfield: visual sexual aggression against a child (second), violating condition of release and gross sexual assault, dismissed (all).
Randy Hodsdon, 48, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but one year suspended, and one year probation.
Cecil S. Ireland, 36, Presque Isle; possess sexual explicit material of minor under 12, three years in prison, all but three months suspended, and two years’ probation.
George Lacasse, 36, Caribou: carrying concealed weapon, 12 months in prison; violating condition of release, six months in jail; robbery, dismissed, pled other charge; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 months in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail; possession or distribution of dangerous knives, 12 months in prison; and criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, 30 months in prison.
Nathan C. Manning-Harris, 30, Randolph: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail; and criminal trespass, 45 days in jail.
Tammy McKenzie, 45, Mars Hill: assault and obstructing government administration, dismissed (both).
Gregory D. Moors, 32, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail.
Michael Morneault, 19, Madawaska: terrorizing, two years in prison, all but 375 days suspended and two years’ probation; violating condition of release, unconditional discharge; and terrorizing, unconditional discharge.
Dennis L. Ouellette, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed, pled other charge.
Mark T. Pelletier, 47, Caribou: assault, $500 fine.
Jillian Philbrick, 24, Mapleton: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, 12 months in prison (two counts); unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $2,000 fine, three years in prison, but all 12 months suspended, two years’ probation and $343 restitution.
Shawn M. Plourde, 28, Caribou: misuse of identification, dismissed, pled other charge.
Ignacio D. Roque, 38, Fort Fairfield: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, and five years in prison.
Steven V. Shola, 22, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four years in prison, but all one year suspended, two years’ probation and $3,585.63 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail; burglary, one year in prison, $1,000 restitution; and criminal mischief, six months in jail.
Benjamin Small, 38, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, three years in prison; robbery, dismissed, pled other charge; assault, $300 fine, 364 days in prison; probation violation, two years in prison, probation partially revoked.
Ronald G.Tardif, 53, Madawaska: assault, $300 fine, nine months in jail; and unlawful sexual contact, dismissed, pled other charge.
Jeffrey R. Thibodeau Jr.; 38, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, $2,000 fine, 13 months in prison, $200 restitution; burglary, dismissed, pled other charge; and criminal mischief, dismissed, pled other charge.
