Aroostook County grand jury indicts 51
The Aroostook County grand jury, which completed its 10th session on Nov. 5, has handed down indictments against 51 individuals, according to Aroostook County District Attorney Todd Collins, who released the list Monday.
Among those indicted this month were:
* Bashon Richardson Pickett, 21, Fort Fairfield, receiving stolen property.
* Darcie R. Dow, 19, Fort Fairfield, receiving stolen property.
* Robert Nichols, 31, Fort Fairfield, burglary, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, and theft.
* Jacob Poitraw, 18, Caribou, burglary and theft.
* Heath G. DeMerchant, 36, Fort Fairfield, forgery, stealing drugs and theft.
* Triston M. Carson, 22, Fort Fairfield, burglary and theft.
* Ryan P. Bradstreet, 24, Fort Fairfield, burglary and theft.
* Casey D. Clayton, 28, Caribou, operating after revocation, failing to stop for an officer, driving to endanger and violation of bail.
* Glen R. Kleinert, 37, Caribou, theft.
* David P. Tremblay III, 34, Presque Isle, theft.
* Jeffrey L. Shaw, 44, Fort Fairfield, theft.
* Jessica Pelkey, 21, Presque Isle, theft and operating without a license.
* Spencer R. Goodine, 24, Presque Isle, theft (six counts), burglary of a motor vehicle (three counts), burglary, stealing drugs and criminal mischief.
* Joshua J. Merriam, 27, Waterville, unauthorized use of property, operating after suspension, failing to report an accident and violation of bail.
* Shaun C. Kinney, 37, Presque Isle, domestic violence assault and obstructing report of a crime or injury.
* Daniel Brown, 31, Presque Isle, aggravated assault.
* Marie Schuler, 56, Presque Isle, assault and terrorizing.
* Eric K. Charette, 32, Presque Isle, theft.
* Robert E. St. Peter Jr., 44, Presque Isle, domestic violence assault (two counts) and violating conditions of release.

* Nathan R. Morrow, 22, Caribou, operating after revocation (two counts).

* Beau T. Myrick, 28, Caribou, eluding, passing a roadblock, operating after suspension, criminal mischief, failure to stop and driving an ATV to endanger.
