Superior Court
CARIBOU — The following Superior Court cases were heard in the Aroostook County Courthouse during the month of October.
• Leigh Albert, 41, Mapleton: violating condition of release, 40 days in jail.
• Vladamir Alphonse, 34, Del Ray Beach, Fla.: probation violation, two months in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Joshua R. Clayton, 30, Mapleton: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Colby L. Doucette, 24, Washburn: criminal mischief (two counts), 30 days in jail (each); violating condition of release and criminal threatening, 30 days in jail (each); and domestic violence assault, six months in jail, but 33 days suspended, one year probation, $1,877.92 restitution.
• Michael B. Dumond,38, Fort Kent, operating under the influence (two counts), dismissed (first); $500 fine and 150-day license suspension (second).
• Jeffrey J. Fisher, Jr., 47, Mapleton: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, filed on $500 costs.
• Kyle R. Green, 34, Saco: sexual abuse of minor, four counts, 12 months in prison (second); five years in prison, all but 12 months suspended, 2 years’ probation, $2,670.00 restitution (third) and dismissed (first and fourth).
• Harmedas J. Hodgkin II, 44, Madawaska: theft by deception, six months in jail; aggravated forgery (three counts), three years in prison, all but six months suspended, three years’ probation and $2,822 restitution (first), six months in jail, (second and third).
• Jared Johnston, 36, Caribou: OUI, prior, $700 fine, six months in jail, all but seven days suspended, one-year probation and three years’ license suspension.
• Nathan M. Jones, 26, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail and $1,699.50 restitution.
• Jillian Philbrick, 24, Mapleton: unlawfully furnishing scheduled drug, $2,000 fine, three years in prison, all but 12 months suspended, two years’ probation and $343 restitution.
• Jesse E. Sirois, 32, Van Buren: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon and terrorizing, dismissed (each); criminal threatening, 44 days in jail; terrorizing, dismissed.
• Scott G. St. Peter, 39, Fort Kent: OUI, no test, prior, $900 fine, 12 days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.
• Jared D. Thompson, 26, Mapleton: unlawfully furnishing scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine, three years in prison, all but 12 months suspended, two years’ probation and $343 restitution (first), $400 fine and 12 months in prison (second).
