• Andrew J. Bonarrigo, 46, Rockland: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Geary S. Bonville, 77, Presque Isle: burning prohibited material, $250 fine.
• Joshua Brian Caldwell, 28, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; and attaching false plate, $150 fine.

• Matthew E. Clifford, 36, Mapleton: operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $1,000 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended, and three-year registration suspension.
• Scott R. Cote, 46, Fort Fairfield: OUI (drugs or combo), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, five days in jail; and attaching false plate, $100 fine.

• Christopher Flewelling, 24, Easton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, five days in jail; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
