    PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Presque Isle Courthouse during the month of March.

 *  Dawn D. Dudley, 22, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine and 22 days in jail.
 *  Kampta Chand, 51, Washburn: illegal possession of firearm (two counts), $1,000 fine, all suspended, 15 days in jail (first count) and $1,000 fine and 15 days in jail (second count).
 *  Ryan P. Bradstreet, 24, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, (two counts), 90 days in jail (each); and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $500 fine, three years in jail and $180 restitution.
 *  Eric K. Charette, 32, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, four months in jail.
 *  Robert E. St. Peter, Jr., 45, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, priors, (two counts), 30 months in prison (each); and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
 *  Joshua J. Merriam, 28, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized use of property, priors, 20 months in prison; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, six months in jail; failing to make oral or written accident report, six months in jail; and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
 *  Kristen Campbell Dyer, 25, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, three years in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and $40 restitution.
 *  Amanda A. Nappi, 27, Mars Hill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, (two counts), 48 hours in jail and $609.70 restitution (first) and 48 hours in jail (second count); and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and five days in jail.
 *  Nathan Case, 37, Mars Hill: trafficking or furnishing imitation scheduled drug, $500 fine, five days in jail; and violating condition of release, $250 fine and five days in jail.
 *  Daniel C. York, 28, Presque Isle: burglary of a motor vehicle, 20 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 20 days in jail; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 48 hours in jail.
 *  Danielle Howe Webb, 32, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours jail, $1.99 restitution; and violating condition of release, $250 fine.
 *  James F. Campbell, 48, Easton: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
 *  Timothy D. York, 41, Fort Fairfield: failure to carry license, $100 fine.
 *  Kyle J. Gagnon, 29, Presque Isle: burglary, four years in prison, all but 10 months suspended, two years’ probation; stealing drugs, 10 months in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 30 days in jail (each); unlaw possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
 *  Tylor Butler, 23, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed, $400 fine.
 *  Ciarra Doody, 30, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail, and one-year license suspension.
 *  Sydney E. Tate, 19, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $150 fine.
 *  Nicholas J. Pelkey, 33, Presque Isle: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
 *  Kristen S. Keegan, 34, Crouseville: motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, $400 fine and 30-day license suspension.
 *  Michael Budd, 44, Westfield: domestic violence assault, 60 days in jail.
 *  Jeremy L. Parlin, 21, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license suspension.
 *  Raymond R. Gonzalez, Jr., OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
 *  Zachary C. Dow, 22, Mapleton: failing to make oral or written accident report, $700 fine and $2,778.76 restitution.
 *  Justin T. Michaud, 29, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 20 days in jail.
 *  Katelynn M. Montgomery, 26, Perham: attaching false plates, $150 fine.
 *  Jacob C. Parks, 23, Presque Isle: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
 *  Cody J. Dunton, 21, Presque Isle: attaching false plates, $100 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
 *  Debra Talent, 53, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, seven days in jail; violating protection from abuse order, 20 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 20 days in jail.
 *  Stephanie L. Pelkey, 28, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine and 50 hours community service.
 *  Meagan E. McCausland, 28, Caribou: failing to make oral or written accident report, $400 fine and 30-day license suspension.
 *  Marco Cullins, 37, Bridgewater: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $600 fine, 50 hours community service; and failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.
 *  Travis J. Tuttle, 33, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.
 *  Randy A. Cyr, 33, Presque Isle: harassment by telephone, (two counts), $300 fine (each).
 *  John J. Ireland, Sr., 34, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours community service.
