Grand jury indicts 32

CARIBOU — Crimes related to drugs and violence continued to top the Aroostook County grand jury list, which was released by District Attorney Todd Collins Friday.

The grand jury handed down 34 indictments against 32 individuals during its fifth session of the year. Indicted were:

Brent J. Berube, 24, Limestone: aggravated assault, criminal restraint, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, and marijuana cultivation.

Edward K. Peckham, 54, Madawaska: theft and criminal trespass.

Denise Cormier-Martin, 47, Van Buren: theft.

Joshua P. Brydon, 29, Woodland: domestic violence criminal threatening with weapon, domestic violence assault, aggravated forgery, and violating conditions of bail.

Macie Jones, 23, Caribou: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.

George T. White, 28, Caribou: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, and unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.

David J. Izzo, 32, Houlton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.

Tyson P. Cofske, 31, Houlton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.

Tara L. Walton, 48, Houlton: unlawful operation of a meth lab, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

James A. Anthony, 31, Ludlow: unlawful operation of a meth lab, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drug, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, and violating condition of release.

Kayla C. Nason, 26, Houlton: unlawful operation of a meth lab, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drug, and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

David G. Crandall, 33, Oakfield: aggravated unlawful operation of a meth lab, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drug, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, and violating of conditions of release.

Fernando L. Vasquez, 39, Caribou: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.

Shelly Butler, 34, Woodland: aggravated forgery.

Tylor A. Butler, 23, Fort Fairfield: burglary, theft and criminal mischief.

Norman J. Plourde, 43, Caribou: criminal threatening with a weapon, reckless conduct with a weapon, and discharging a firearm near a dwelling.

Jonathan D. Fox, 22, Fort Fairfield: burglary, theft and criminal mischief.

Melinda Morrow, 28, Littleton: theft by deception.

Eric K. Charette, 32, Presque Isle: theft, and violating conditions of release.

Joseph R. Davis, 40, Presque Isle: aggravated cruelty to animals, and cruelty to animals.

Michelle M. Adams, 29, Presque Isle: aggravated cruelty to animals, and cruelty to animals.

Joshua J. Easler, 27, Mapleton: theft.

Kevin C. Knox, 49, Presque Isle: obstructing report of crime/injury.

Michele R. Martin, 33, Presque Isle: unauthorized use of property, operating after suspension, and violating conditions of release.

Joseph McDougal, 30, Caribou: theft.

Dale D. Pelletier, 37, Presque Isle: reckless conduct with a weapon, criminal threatening with a weapon, and attempted aggravated assault.

Thomas L. Sock, 27, Presque Isle: aggravated assault, criminal threatening, threatening with weapon, and domestic violence assault.

Raymond Spoto, 35, Presque Isle: aggravated criminal trespass, criminal threatening, threatening display of a weapon, and criminal mischief.

Travis J. Webb, 37, Presque Isle: theft.

Robert Perry, 40, Radcliff, Kentucky: gross sexual assault, and unlawful sexual contact.

Samuel Geary, 17, Houlton: murder.

Braden R. Cunningham, 22, Sherman: criminal operating while under the influence, and operating after suspension.
