Ashley Sock, 32, Presque Isle: criminal trespassing, $250 fine.
Shane L. Graves, 25, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
Tyler E. McCluskey, 31, Smyrna Mills: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
David Geer, 51, Fort Fairfield: burning prohibited material, $150 fine.
Heath G. DeMerchant, 36, Fort Fairfield: forgery, three years in prison, all but nine months, one day suspended, two years’ probation, $252 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, nine months, one day in prison; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, three years in prison, all but nine months, one day suspended, two years’ probation and $252 restitution.
Robert Morrow, 50, Chapman: operating while under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Marie Schuler, 56, Presque Isle: assault on an emergency medical care provider, one year in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation; and terrorizing, 30 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation.
Grace M. Rowland, 20, Westfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours community service.
David Geer, 51, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, 12 months in prison, all but 32 days suspended, two years’ probation.
Justice Kneeland, 19, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
Richard Vinacco, 54, Warwick, R.I.: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $1,000 fine; and using artificial light to illuminate wild animals, $1,000 fine.
Michael A. Fandetti, 74, Parrish, Fla.: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $1,000 fine; and using artificial light to illuminate wild animals, $1,000 fine.
Valarie Deschesne, 61, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine.
Joshua Brian Caldwell, 27, Presque Isle: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 10 days in jail, 150-day license suspension; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 10 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; eluding an officer, 75 days in jail; assault on an officer, 15 months in prison, all but 75 days suspended, one year probation; attaching false plates, $100 fine; and motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, $400 fine, five days in jail.

John R. Drew, 33, Ashland: fail to timely register beer, deer, moose, turkey, $300 fine; exceeding bag limit on deer, $1,000 fine, three days in jail; and hunting deer after having killed one, $1,000 fine, three years in jail.
Michael J. Mills, 28, Presque Isle: OUI (alcohol), two priors, $1,100 fine, one year in prison, all but 45 days suspended, one year probation and six years’ license suspension.
Donald Hammond, 20, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail.
