EASTON, Maine — Cameron Adams, Easton Junior/Senior High School principal, and Lynda Foren-Turner, guidance director, presented awards for academic excellence and perfect attendance to the following students during the Academic Awards Banquet May 10, 2016.
The following high school students received awards: Certificates: Hunter Dudley, Gavin Pangburn, Olivia Lamoreau, Shelliese Mullen and Isaac Currier. freshmen; Delaney Leach, Jacob Guerrette, Joshua Peers, Wesley Gadaire, Ryan West, Autumn Gray and Connor Bragg, sophomores; Kathleen Haney, junior; and Trevor Hathaway, Macey Currier, Brianna Landeen, Brandon Hosford and Blake Bradley, seniors.

Foren-Turner presented the President’s Award for Educational Achievement to seniors Bailee Getchell and Trevor Hathaway, and the President’s Award for Educational Excellence to seniors Emma Bonner, Blake Bradley, Logan Halvorson and Drew Sotomayor.
The following junior high students also received awards:
Grade 8: Ashley Cowley received an excellence pin and a $30 gift certificate; Cecilia Morin and Alexis Pelkey received honor roll pins; Kooper Kinney and Cecilia Morin received letters; and Matthew Pangburn, Dawson Haney, Lydia Ferris and Kassidi Hanson received certificates.
Grade 7: Paul Bonner, Mitchell Flewelling and Kaitlyn Hurley received honor roll pins; Kody Carter, Austin Carver, Savannah Guess, Matigan Dow, Camden Michaud, Paul Bonner, Mitchell Flewelling and Kaitlyn Hurly received letters; and Wyatt Brewer, Kyle Flewelling, Noah Lloyd and Nathan Quint received certificates.
Foren-Turner presented the President’s Award for Educational Achievement to eighth-graders Lydia Ferris, Dawson Haney and Kassidi Hanson, and the President’s Award for Educational Excellence to Ashley Cowley, Cecilia Morin and Alexis Pelkey, also in grade 8.
