PI inn earns 2016 award
PRESQUE ISLE — Hampton Inn in Presque Isle has received a 2016 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Award.
Now in its sixth year, the achievement celebrates hospitality businesses that have earned great traveler reviews on the online TripAdvisor website over the past year.
“We are proud to be recognized by TripAdvisor with a Certificate of Excellence Award,” said Adam Cyr, general manager of the local Hampton Inn. “This honor is a testament to our dedication to exceptional customer service. We appreciate our guests giving us excellent ratings on this site and helping us to achieve this recognition.”
To qualify for the award, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on the site for at least 12 months.
According to the hospitality site, the bubble rating is a summary of ratings from travelers who have reviewed an establishment. Ratings are formulated on a scale of 1-5, where 5 is excellent.
The inn is located at 768 Main Street in Presque Isle. Among its features is a “perfect mix lobby,” with a variety of seating and lighting options.
