CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of May.
Michael R. Doughty, 41, Easton: probation violation, nine months, one day in jail and probation revoked.
Ryan J. Tierney, 31, Washburn: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior and $750 fine.
Glen R. Kleinert, Sr., 38, Limestone: probation violation (two counts), 21 months in prison, probation partially revoked, probation continued (each).
Paul J. Jean, 50, Fort Kent: probation violation, two years in prison and probation revoked.
Shawn R. White, 31, Presque Isle: probation violation, 11 months in prison and probation revoked.
Taylor R. Hodson, 24, Caribou: probation violation, six months in jail and probation revoked.
Gary S. Kimball, Jr., 47, Presque Isle: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Jesse C. Parker, 31, Mapleton: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Joshua M. Disy, 34, Caribou: probation violation, 47 days in jail and probation partially revoked.
William P. Dillon, 34, Presque Isle: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Leanne R. Lacombe, 31, Mapleton: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Derek Giggey, 39, Limestone: probation violation, probation continued and no sentence imposed.
Myles H. Bolstridge, 23, Portage: probation violation, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Kendall A. Voisine, 21, Frenchville: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Maryanne Welch, 33, Benedicta: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in prison, all but 120 days suspended, two years’ probation and $1,500 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail.
Sean Michael Cloney, 25, Caribou: unlawful sexual contact, $2,000 fine.
Christina L. Walker, 36, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine.
Tyler J. Saucier, 30, Fort Kent: reckless conduct, four years in jail, all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation and $200 restitution.
Jeaudi W. Landry, 33, Presque Isle: robbery, 16 years in prison, all but three years suspended, four years’ probation and $28,529.56 restitution; criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, three years in prison; kidnapping, three years in prison; and OUI (alcohol), prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three-year license suspension.
Shawn R. White, 31, Wade: aggravated assault, six years in prison; robbery, 18 years in prison, all but six years suspended, four years’ probation and $28,529.56 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four years in prison; kidnapping, six years in prison; and hindering apprehension or prosecution, six years in prison.
Samantha Zinis, 26, Presque Isle: aggravated assault, three years in prison; robbery, 16 years in prison, all but three years suspended, four years’ probation and $28,529.56 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three years in prison and $2,000 restitution; criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, kidnapping, hindering apprehension or prosecution and tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, three years in prison (each).
