Birders to explore reservoir
The Aroostook Birders will host a shorebirds walk on Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016 at 7 a.m. at Christina Reservoir in Fort Fairfield — rain or shine.
Participants will walk the dike and scan the shores for species diversity and numbers. Low water levels this year will provide ample habitat. The group will have spotting scopes available.
Attendees should meet at the reservoir access point on the Conant (Townline) Road.
