PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Presque Isle Courthouse during the month of July.
Peter Beaupre, 50, Portage Lake: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force; violating condition of release; criminal threatening with dangerous weapon; criminal trespass, six months in jail (each).
Robert E. Nichols, 31, Fort Fairfield: burglary, 10 years in prison, all but six years suspended, three years’ probation, $10,607 restitution; illegal possession of firearm, two years in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five years in prison.
Casey D. Clayton, 28, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation (two counts), prior, $1,000 fine, 60 days in jail (first) and $1,000 fine, one year in prison (second); failing to stop for officer, 30 days in jail, 60-day license suspension; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 30 days in jail, 30-day license suspension; violating condition of release (two counts), 30 days in jail (first) and seven days in jail (second); OUI (drugs or combo), prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three-year license suspension.
Patrick B. White, Jr., 39, Perham: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail and $1.79 restitution.
David Geer, 51, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Kevin Thibodeau, 34, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 15 months in jail, $712.31 restitution; violating condition of release, six months in jail.
Michelle Rose, 52, Masardis: criminal mischief, $65 fine.
Travis J. Tuttle, 33, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.
Andrea Shoults, 25, Archer Fla: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (six counts), seven days in jail (all), $140.61 restitution (first); $34.61 restitution (third); $184.96 restitution (fourth), $99.98 restitution (fifth) and $100 restitution (sixth); violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
Chad Caverhill, 22, Caribou: motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, $400 fine and 60-day license suspension.
Neil C. Gahagan, 33, Fort Fairfield: illegal possession of firearm, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five days in jail; violating condition of release, five days in jail.
Travis J. Webb, 37, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, six months in jail.
Lacey Wardwell, 28, Presque Isle: arson, 10 years in prison, all but 30 months suspended and four years’ probation.
Joseph R. Davis, 41, Presque Isle: aggravated cruelty to animals, $1,000 fine, one year in jail, all but 30 days suspended and one year probation.
Kevin R. Richardson, 25, Castle Hill: failure to register vehicle, $150 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior (two counts),$500 fine (each); failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.
Keith A. Kitchen, 60, Masardis: operating snowmobile while under influence over 21, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Ryan P. O’Neal, 33, Van Buren: failing to stop for officer, $250 fine.

Devyn J. Gray, 24, Presque Isle: operating while under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Christopher A. Sam, 28, Portland: OUI (drugs or combo), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, six months in jail; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
Eric K. Charette, 32, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
