Aroostook County Superior Court
CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of July.
Travis J. Theriault, 26, Frenchville: probation violation, one year in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Eric B. Sirois, 24, Madawaska: probation violation, 35 days in jail and probation revoked.
Neil Gahagan, 33, Connor Twp.: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
John Michael Fongemie, 22, Moncton, N.B.: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $2,500 fine, six years in prison, all but two years suspended and two years’ probation.
Travis Tuttle, 33, Presque Isle: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Jesse Paul Marquis, 41, St. Francis: murder, life in prison.
Randy H. Shaw, 59, Presque Isle: assault, $1,000 fine.
