WASHBURN — Henry A. Long Sr., 73 passed away September 17, 2016 at Eagle Lake.
He was born in Ashland April 18, 1943, the son of the late Leonard and Marjorie (Skidgel) Long. Mr. Long was employed by several area potato growers and he married Vadine Tarbox December 29, 1973.
Surviving in addition to his wife of Washburn are his son, Henry Long Jr., and partner, Shannon Levesque of Fort Fairfield; his daughter, Eva Long of Washburn; five brothers, Leo Long and Paul Long both of Caribou, Teddy Long of Crouseville, and George and Lewis Long both of Caribou; his special angel and granddaughter, Trinity Rose Marie Long; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Long was predeceased by two brothers, Victor and Herman Long; and sisters, Nancy Tarbox, Eva Grizzle and Sadie Grizzle.
