MARS HILL — Wayne R. Giberson, Sr., 59, passed away unexpectedly on September 15, 2016. He was born on June 17, 1957, in Mars Hill, the son of Victor and Vella Dawn (Rideout) Giberson.
Wayne worked at FedEx for 32 years. He loved spending time with his family and his best friend, Bub Shaw.
He is survived by his siblings, DonnaLee Tilley and Blaine Giberson; his children, Ginger Campbell and husband, Ryan, Keith Giberson and wife, Loni, Wayne Giberson Jr. and wife, Shelley, and Shane Giberson, seven cherished grandkids; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Wayne was predeceased by his brothers, Danny, Edward, Keith and Victor (Howie) Giberson Jr.
