    BLACK, Belinda M., 60, Milo, at Bangor, September 25, 2016. A graveside service will be conducted Friday, September 30, at 1 p.m., at the Southside Cemetery, Mapleton. Arrangements are under the care of The Giberson-Dorsey Funeral Home, Fort Fairfied.

    MILO — Belinda M. Black, 60, passed away unexpectedly Sunday morning, September 25, 2016 at a Bangor healthcare facility.
    She was born September 21, 1956, at Loring Air Force Base, Limestone, the daughter of Reuben R. and Marilyn (Shaw) Lennon. As a military child and wife, Belinda lived in numerous locations including San Diego, CA, where she worked in banking for over 12 years. She truly had a heart of gold and always found a way to help the less fortunate. She also enjoyed knitting, crocheting, computers and her time spent at the Milo First Baptist Church.
    She was predeceased by her father, Reuben R. Lennon; one brother, Bryan Lennon; an uncle, Frederick Shaw; an aunt, Marline Sprague. She is survived by three sons, Andrew Black and his wife ,Sara of Mechanic Falls, Matthew and Kristian Black, both of Auburn; her mother, Marilyn Lennon of Presque Isle; one brother and sister-in-law, Stephen and Susan Lennon of Fairfield; one sister, Debra Lennon of Belgrade; two grandsons, Michael Black of Brunswick, Alexander Black of Mechanic Falls; one aunt, Marcelyn Carter; several nieces and nephews; and her constant K-9 companion, “Micky”.
    Belinda’s family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the Milo community for the wonderful out pouring of support during this difficult time.
    A graveside service will be conducted Friday, September 30, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the Southside Cemetery, West Chapman Road, Mapleton, with the Rev. Christopher Dare officiating. Those who wish may contribute in memory of Belinda to C-A-N-C-E-R, P.O. Box 811, Presque Isle, ME 04769. Envelopes will be available at the service.
