PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Presque Isle Courthouse during the month of September.
Jessica Pelkey, 22, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail, one year probation and $1,450 restitution.
Elizabeth Butler, 66, Fort Fairfield: criminal trespass, $300 fine.
Charles Libby, 26, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, 54 months in prison, all but 18 months suspended, two years of probation and $200 restitution.
Kurt G. Parks, 53, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, three years in prison all but nine months one day suspended, two years’ probation and $75 restitution.
Richard A. Brooks, 40, Ellsworth: criminal mischief, five days in jail and $600 restitution.
Kyle E. Perkins, 29, Caribou: operating while under the influence (alcohol), $750 fine, 72 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
James Rasmussen, 24, Caribou: OUI (alcohol), prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three-year license suspension.
Thomas L. Sock, 28, Presque Isle: aggravated assault, eight years in prison, all but 28 months suspended, three years of probation; criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, 28 months in prison and domestic violence assault, priors, 28 months in prison.
Kurt T. Doody, 21, Stockholm: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
Daniel Ray Davis, 49, Broadway, Virginia: rule violation, not possessing previous seven days’ status, $250 fine.
Amanda Cummings, 35, Ellsworth: unsworn falsification, 48 hours in jail and $796.45 restitution.
Ashley M. Theriault, 31, Presque Isle: probation violation, 60 days in jail and probation revoked.
Eduardo Carlos Gautier Lipsett, 26, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
Joseph Kayla Levi, 26, Elsipogtog, New Brunswick, Canada: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
Michael L. Gover, 21, Grand Isle, Vermont: assault (two counts), $1,500 fine, 24 hours in jail (each).
Tabitha Haines, 35, Mapleton: failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.
Tracy L. Drost, 50, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours community service.
Brittany Hanson, 20, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
Emery J. Kinney, Jr., 53, Presque Isle: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
Lane Deabay, 19, Masardis: driving to endanger, $575 fine.
Lee R. Theriault, 33, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Peter Beaupre, 50, Portage Lake: OUI (alcohol) – no test, $600 fine, 96 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension and violating condition of release, 45 days in jail.
Craig T. Lizotte, 30, Madawaska: OUI (alcohol), prior, $700 fine, 30 days in jail, three-year license suspension, registration suspended and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Stephen Goodall, 67, Blaine: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
Charlie A. Marquis, 24, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail.
Steven Dominique, 46, Blaine: OUI (drugs or combo), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Eric W. Dobbins, 37, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Craig L. Stevens, 47, Orrington: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
Alan T. Raymond, 24, Chapman: reckless conduct, $250 fine and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.
Brandon M. Wyman, 29, Ashland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.

Edward A. Easler, 43, Mapleton: operating vehicle without license-cond/restric, $100 fine.
Angela M. Haines, 42, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $150 fine.
Kathleen A. Hersey, 64, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (three counts), 20 days in jail (each).
