If you live in Presque Isle and your power went out a bit on Monday morning, you weren’t alone.
As Emera Maine crews were working on equipment maintenance at the Flo’s Inn substation on Parkhurst Siding Road in Presque Isle, they inadvertently tipped the circuit, according to Bob Potts, Emera spokesperson.
That interrupted service from 8:44 a.m. to 8:59 a.m. for about 1,600 residents living along the Parkhurst Siding, Centerline, Maple Grove and Reach roads, Potts said.
