Thanksgiving meal provided

Friends Helping Friends was able to supply 30 Thanksgiving boxes to friends in the community. They wish to thank Kiwanis for supplying the turkeys and the United Baptist Church, Wesleyan Church, and New Song Church for their generous food donations for these boxes.
The organization would like to express our appreciation to Kim Housta for taking all the leftover garden vegetables and freezing them so our friends will have good vegetables this winter. Finally, we want to thank the Cub Scouts for all the food they collected for us. These boys also helped check the dates on all the food items and helped stock the shelves.
Easton has such wonderful friends who care deeply for their neighbors. Thank you for your participation.
