Pageant season is coming up, and local organizers would like to introduce first-time contestants to pageantry with a fun and positive experience.
There will be an informational meeting on Sunday, Jan. 15, for parents and girls interested in participating in the Little, Pre-Teen, Junior, Teen and Miss Mapleton Pageants. Contestants must reside in Mapleton, Chapman or Castle Hill.
The meeting will take place at the Opportunity Training Center, 25 Lombard St., in Presque Isle at 2 p.m.
